Katie and Matt are such a sweet couple! I can’t believe that Katie is going to grad school and planning a wedding- talk about a hard worker! We’re so glad that we found a time between their busy schedules and the rain storms to have an afternoon with them at such a beautiful location. They were absolutely adorable together!
This session was different from some of our sessions in that the venue that we picked out was totally packed the day of their session. This winery also doubles as a market and picnic spot. Since the rain finally let up, everyone wanted to be out in the sunshine.
The weather also presented a little bit of a challenge since this spring has been rather unpredictable. In between dodging crowds, we also had to contend with rapidly changing lighting scenarios that swung between bright sun and overcast. All the while, Katie and Matt were troopers and they had us laughing the whole time.
My favorite part of the shoot was when the sun finally came out and these two cuties had a moment by the gorgeous fountain that looked like it was straight out of Italy. This was the perfect venue for their shoot and complimented them so nicely and since Katie spent some time in Italy! There were even a handful of cats that live at the venue that came out at sunset which were so cute.
We are so excited for their wedding later this year!
